Fixafone NI Ltd, is a trading company in Northern Ireland and has 4
share holders and employs 4 directors and 32 staff. The company has
been trading for 8 years. But is wholly owned by the group who has 16
years in the field of IT, Internet services and Telecommunications and
the retail sector.

•Formed its Portadown business in 2004 by its founder Mr Brian Harvey.
•Opened the Banbridge store in 2006.
•Closed the Banbridge store in 2007.
•Brian Harvey sold the business in 2007.
•Formed Fixafone NI Ltd.
•Appointed New Managing Director in April 2008.
•Opened the Lurgan Store number 2 in Feb 2008.
•Opened the Lisburn Store number 3 in June 2009.
•Opened the Newry Store number 4 in Oct 2009.
•Fixafone raised large 6 figure finances by selling its shares to
new stakeholders in order to raise growth capital for the future of the
company over the period 2010-2012. (Oct 2009).
•Opened the Dungannon Store store number 5 Feb 2010.
•Opened the Belfast Westwood Centre Store April 2010.
•Announced the Birth of a new chain of companies called the Tech
Xchange which will offer our customers a new type of second hand
goods.
•Announced the opening of our store in Cookstown for May 2010
•Secured the Sigma Telecom acquisition in May 2010 which created 5
Jobs and grew the companies intellectual property ahead by 3 years and
grew our stock levels up 600%.
•Relocated to our new premises Number 7 in Craigavon Carn Industrial
Estate which boasts 3000 square feet of workshops, warehouses and
offices.
•Opened the Cookstown Store number 8 May 2010.
•Took over the Banbridge store Number 9 and refurbished it for opening
Jan 2011.
•Opened the Ballymena Number 10 Store in November 2010.
•Opened the Bangor Store Number 11 in December 2010.
•Opened the Banbridge Store Jan 2011
•Opened the Downpatrick Store Number 12 in February 2011

August the 15th and 16th 2010, the Fixafest went very well,
All members of staff were invited to our festival of fun and frolics,
which had a fully paid weekend of Shooting, Racing, and other
activities that the staff enjoyed a lot.
Needless to say, many people got very little sleep, this is a picture
of the staff chilling on the Sunday after a crazy Saturday from 8 am till
5 am the next morning.
We all had some Spit Roast Pig on the Sunday, we even got our face
painted and some played on the bouncy castle!
Fixafest 2010
Fixafone has recently started our first national radio campaign with cool fm, made
by quicksilver productions working with cool fm, Fixafone proudly presents
this advert that will be rolled out over the 2010-2011 year.

Fixafone Acquires its competition June 2011
Fixafone proudly announce the acquisition of EEE Ltd of Ballymena
in which the company will be renamed The Tech X change, and after
the company has finalised its own growth to 23 stores, Fixafone
management will start to grow this chain to 14 in the North of Ireland.
Alan Castle, Castle Group Chairman stated,
“We intend to keep growing our stores until we own 80 percent of the
country’s electronic repair industry and so far, we are not doing too bad.
with 600 percent growth this year, and a further 4 to 500 percent this
year, i think we are on a winner.
We have managed to now be in a great position to buy our competition
and strive businesses forward”
